Chinese Language Education is a Chinese language school in Beijing, China. We provide quality Mandarin Chinese and Chinese culture immersion programs to all people wishing to study Chinese in China. The CLE language center is located in Jianwai SOHO, near the Guomao, or World Trade Center, subway station in the heart of Beijing’s CBD (Central Business District). Beijing’s CBD, as it’s name might suggest, is one of the most convenient areas of Beijing. CLE students are always close to shopping, restaurants, bars, historical and cultural sights, and nearly every other form of entertainment imaginable. Being centrally located allows student ease of travel and close proximity to all of the action in Beijing.

Language Course & Programs Overview


Course Types:
CLE offers General Chinese, Business Chinese and Intensive Chinese Language courses in Beijing. All Mandarin Chinese Courses are designed to provide students with the necessary language and culture skills to succeed in both a personal and professional Chinese language environment. Each course is comprehensive, meaning that students will learn to read, write, speak, and listen to Chinese, while also gaining cultural understanding. CLE Chinese Language courses incorporate a variety of teaching techniques and focus on two core class types:

Speaking Class - Speaking Classes primarily focus on correct pronunciate and word usage. These classes are designed to improve speaking and listening skills so that students feel comfortable using new grammar and vocabulary in real-life situations. Although the focus is speaking, students will also practice their listening, reading, and writing skills. Textbooks are used as a guide, and teachers will often employ many other educational techniques to improve speaking and listening ability.
Comprehension Class - Comprehension classes focus on learning new grammar structures and vocabulary. Students use common text books and materials during each class session. Comprehension teachers work to ensure that each student has a strong understanding of how to use new grammar structures and vocabulary words. After a chapter is completed, each student should be able to fully implement the new skills into their language.

CLE Mandarin Chinese Language courses are offered in several Program types giving students a great deal of flexibility to choose the program type and duraction that is best for them. CLE program types include:

Term Language & Culture Programs - CLE's premium Mandarin Chinese Language and Culture Immersion programs. Designed for semester or longer students.
Flexible Language Programs - Offer more flexibility to students regarding course start dates and duration.
Private Language Programs - Completely flexible, private lesson courses for students that need to focus on a specific aspect of the Chinese language.
Corporate Programs - Customizable programs for international corporations and organizations operating in China.
Online Chinese Programs - Online courses offer students the ability to learn Chinese from Native Mandarin speakers from their home country.
